            She never showed up nor did she communicate about not coming or rescheduling. I was very understanding since she said she doesn't drive in snow but there's was less than **** inch of snow and basically rain which is most of the fall, spring and winter in ******** streets when she decided not to show up. I had a new year party and needed to have the house cleaned based on our prior agreed schedule. Very unprofessional and missing the main part of the business: integrity, reliability

            I apologize for what happened. I did contact you and gave you a different number to contact me on. I never received any message that you tried to contact me from the other number. I do not have a phone right now due to unfortunate events. This issue could have been handled in more of an appropriate way if you would have tried different means to contact me rather than list bad reviews every where right away. I am a 1 person business at this time. I did recommend you to look for a cleaning company who can send more than 1 person to your home to cover what you wanted done, so they can accommodate your needs a little better than me.

            I'm sorry but first of all, there was less than a quarter inch of snow and only rain on the streets as i mentioned so it wouldn't be the case of dangerous conditions as that's the weather in most of fall, winter and spring in CO. Second, if you text to confirm, that solidifies the plan and confirmation doesn't mean. Anything if you don't show up and makes everything so much more confusing! Third, if you don't show up it is Your responsibility to let me know not mine chasing you around and finding out where you are. Forth, I called all the numbers you gave and they either didn't pick up or had their mailbox full. Next time, have the decency to inform people about your absence and don't leave them hanging.
