I contracted with Hills to provide weekly lawn service for my elderly mother in spring of 2020. I live in Seattle and was very clear I would be paying the fee. This worked perfectly for 2020. We started the service again in spring 2021 and I realized he has been billing both of us for her weekly maintenance. I am just requesting he refund the double payments and payments made for services that were not provided. I have very clear bills and cancelled checks that show double payment. In the initial conversation with Lance (owner) he admitted that he had double charged for her lawn. He is not returning phone calls and has made no effort to refund my elderly mother, who is on a fixed income. I have included copies of all the bills. They stopped providing service after the first week of August, but I was not notified for paid all of August and all of September. Thank you for your help.Customer response

Hi -
I filed a complaint against Hill's Lawn & Grounds Care two weeks ago (case number ********). Yesterday they refunded the money they owed my mom. I consider the complaint resolved and request that it be closed.
