On aprox July 5, 2022, my air conditioning system stopped working. I contacted liberty home guard my home warranty company and told I would be contacted by an appliance company in ********************************************************* liberty home guard the next day. After numerous calls by myself, my son and my brother, we were ignored and needed the air conditioner fixed as soon as possible and my son contacted Mile Hi Plumbing. Two to three weeks later I was contacted by Liberty Home Warranty, ******* stated I needed to provide them a detailed invoice for services and charges from Mile High Plumbing. In July of 2022, the air conditioner was repaired, and services were completed by Mile High Plumbing, but when I asked my son for the invoice, he said he had the receipt, but no detailed invoice was provided. I am disabled and not mobile, so I asked my son to stop the technician and get a detailed written invoice, but the technician had gone.I have contacted Mile High Plumbing by phone four times by telephone, told it would be brought to my home by the technician, it would be sent by mail. It has not been sent. In my most recent conversation with ***, I asked for a correct email address that would reach him because I have sent numerous emails requesting the invoice and no response. Osh provided the email but still no invoice, no response.I am requesting either Mile High Plumbing provide the detailed invoice that include the specific items requested or a refund for repair charges from Mile High Plumbing, due to not being able to provide Liberty Home Warranty a detailed invoice for reimbursement from Mile High Plumbing.Business response
