We rented a home through True Blue Realty and then purchased our first home with them! Both experiences were great and highly recommended!Renting was a breeze. They are responsive and professional at all times. The property was well taken care of, everything worked as expected. We went from being constantly frustrated with large corporate property management companies, to never even thinking about it because renting was just that easy.We reached out to ***** at True Blue Realty when we decided to enter the market for our first home purchase. We were anxious given the crazy market, but they were absolutely amazing! First, communication was outstanding, prompt and very clear! Second, as first time buyers, ***** took the time to answer all of our questions, was patient, and incredibly knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. Finally, when it came time to make an offer, that's when we saw ***** step up to the plate. He helped us put in a very competitive offer on a property we were really excited about. He followed through with it all day, going late into the evening with the negotiation. In the end, we won the contract beating out several other competitive offers. Sure there was a certain amount of luck... but I guarantee 100% that we would not have won that contract and then closed on the property without a realtor as hard working and diligent as ***** was for us. We highly recommend him for anyone in the market!!
