I first went into the wedding seamstress August 3rd to alter my wedding dress and signed a contract where they stated they would have my wedding dress altered in 2 fittings, with the intended date for my dress to be ready on September 20th. Aside from horrible customer service and the employees shaming my body for the dress not fitting the business failed to deliver the service. I ended up having 4 fittings where each time my wedding dress looked worse and worse, the business took not accountability for ruining my dress but also not doing the job i asked them to do. When my dress wasnt fitting they would say Something abkjt how I must be losing weight but would not measure me again. When trying to find a time to come in sooner to pick my dress up they informed me they triple booked all of their seamstresses. I paid $950 on alterations. Their inability to plan and provide the service as advertised I was not able to pick my dress up until 3 days out from my wedding, the dress does not fit and I am unable to wear it to my wedding. I paid $950 for nothing, they way they run their business was also off putting. How they require you to make payments by ***** is odd. I would like a full refund, I have documentation and lawyers to help me peruse this in any matter we may need.Business response

To whom this may concern,
****** did have services done here at The Wedding Seamstress. We are sorry that she was unhappy with the results. We have responded to her review on ****** and have asked her to call us. When she left she signed the outgoing contract agreeing that she was satisfied with the services. The review was the only way we were told otherwise.
We do have pictures and video of her in our back ballroom area wearing the dress. We have reviewed her contract with the multiple seamstress's and fitter that worked directly with her. We have no problem giving her a partial refund for the work for the parts she says she was not satisfied with which in her review seen to be the bust area. We would like to have her submit a new picture not the one that she has on-line. She took that picture in a fitting room that she was in at her intermediate fitting and not her pickup.
