Went to this veterinary clinic because they had the earliest appointment time to treat my cats for ringworm (my cats contracted this via fosters for a nonprofit). I paid for their exams because they needed weights before prescribing medication. They somehow forgot to order the medication for my cats until the 11th and they sent it via email so I now have to go to another place to pick it up and then wait for the prescription another couple days. I paid them for a service they failed to provide. They will not refund me my full amount, only $25 per exam which totaled $160. They have put me 8 days behind on treating a very contagious medical condition. I want a full refund, did not get the product + service I paid for. Attached is my email for a prescription that was not ordered on time. It's past 6 which meant I couldn't get it filled that evening. They never told me I was getting a prescription via email only that they would order through their online pharmacy which would take 3-5 business days. Also attached is my paperwork from the day of their examination to provide a timeline and proof of cost.
