Original purchase online for a garment was on April 29, 2022. Since that time I've had several attempts to email Ashley at Harper and Hudson only to be ignored until I received this email. June 16, 2022 I received this email from them. "*********, I received your chargeback and I immediately refunded the funds. I can check the status but it was completely on my need immediately! Ashley" There has never been a refund nor an email nor anything or any delivery notification. Based on her reviews I'm not the only person who's had trouble with her and getting what you paid for. Being promised a refund and being flat out ignored and ghosted is intolerable. I feel as if my money was funding her personal and personal endeavors and she never attempted never attempted nor intended on sending me what I purchased.Business response

Customer filed a dispute for the item on 6/1 and we accepted the dispute and issued refund immediately after on 6/3. See attached docs showing refund from square. She also received notification that refund was processed from Square. This customer has verbally attacked me on social media and continues to say she didn’t get her money in my opinion in an attempt to get more money from my company. We have never experienced anything like this nor do we have other customers making complaints as such. We have actually contacted our attorneys to send said customer a cease and desist for her published libel.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Although we FINALLY recieved our refund on AUG 2nd, 2022. We have never had been treated so poorly and left haning for months with no communication. The allegation that we wanted more money is insinuating I am the thief when all we ever wanted was our money back. It took her nearly 4 months to fefund that back to us. Ashley even created a fake shipping label to shut me up. I work for the Post Office, I know how this works. I never harrassed her in social media, more or less asked where A) where was my product/B) where is my refund. Also comments made on other unhappy customers whom also waited months for a refund after nevwr receiving any product.Very poor business model.
