I ordered a DashMat from this company. It was too big and poorly made. I contacted the company. They sent me a RMA and the product was sent back. *** tracking showed it was received April 14,, morning. I contacted the company on the 18th asking for my refund. To be told that it was put on a pallet and I can't get my refund until the returns department checks it. That can take 2 weeks. I want my money back. No one should have to wait 2+weeks for their refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of seat covers from Covercraft. The covers did not fit properly (they were so thick the armrest would not close) and the stitching was horrible. I requested an RMA number to return them. I was informed there would be a 15% restocking fee. Their return policy states If an item is returned for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship, there will be a 15% restocking charge. There is clearly a defect in material and workmanship and a 15% restocking fee should not apply.Customer response
