      The date of transaction: 3/24/2023. Price charged to ***** $51.45. Item: Book: 'The Antichrist and a Cup of Tea' 2nd *** Prophecy House promised to ship me this book no later than 6/30/2023. I contacted Prophecy House on several occasions (email) regarding my order. All I received was an automated email updating me the latest shipping date which kept being pushed out by months. By January 8th 2024 I asked for a refund and cancelation of my order. I still received the same automated email. No reply regarding my request. I request a full refund back to my *****

      I received an email from ********************************** (attached) stating that they will not be refunding my $51.45 for the book I ordered and was promised by 06/30/2023. They state that it is "too late at this point to issue any refund" to which my reply would be if I had known it was going to be this long out (OVER A YEAR NOW) I would have NEVER ORDERED THE ***** They also claim that I was explicity informed when I made my pre-publication purchase during checkout, however this is false! I paid via PAYPAL with my **** and NO WHERE on my transaction does it EXPLICITLY state such. I truly believe Mr. *** "*****" ******** and his "ministry" is a scam. Right after I inquired about my order (as did others) on his social media, my post was deleted and I was blocked. 

      IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR, NO BOOK, AUTOMATED EMAIL RESPONSE TO QUERY'S, BLOCKED FROM HIS SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE....I WANT MY REFUND.

      Hi,

      I copied the text of the email I received from Prophecy House. Below is the text from the email. They claim it is too late to send me a refund since 6 months have passed. (at the same time they PROMISED I would receive the book in 3 MONTHS time)! I was NOT explicitly informed or otherwise informed  when I pre-purchased the book! They continually push the shipping further out by 2 and 3 months! No one has received this book. I still believe it to be a SCAM! Now they are stating shipping end of July "but" "could be" May.

      The book starts shipping next month (in May).  It is too late at this point, for us to issue any refund, which we are unable to do after six months have passed, something of which you also were explicitly informed when you made your pre-publication purchase during checkout.


      Orders will be filled in the sequence of the purchases made.  We expect to have all prepublication orders shipped before the end of July, but shipping stats as above indicated, in May.


      We regret the delays, but they have allowed us to put a lot of critical information into the book, from all 2023.

      Here's what we told PayPal at the time (i.e., on 5/5/2024, in response to ********************** filing of a chargeback with her financial institution on or about 4/26/2024):  Prophecy House does NOT have, nor has it EVER had ANY recurring "subscriptions."  The customer is badly confused and/or has lied to her credit card company.  Moreover, the customer made a pre-publication purchase, and shipping is to start this month on the relevant prepublication orders.  Unfortunately, because the customer has filed a chargeback, regardless of false pretenses, we have no choice except to cancel her order.  Also, the customer is lying when she claims she was not notified that refund requests must be made within six months of the purchase date, as ALL customers receive that notice.  Finally, the book in question (the new 2nd edition of "The antiChrist and a Cup of Tea") is already shipping, and has shipped to ALL pre-publication purchasers.  Due to this particular customer's dishonest with her credit card institution and her fraudulent charge back, she will NOT receive the book.  She is fortunate that we have not sued her for defamation, to this point, of which she is very clearly guilty.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have no idea what Prophecy House is referring to in regards to recurring "subscriptions". I deny EVER falsifying any information regarding my complaint to anyone regarding this matter.  Yes, I made a pre-publication purchase on 3/24/2023 with your promise to fulfill my order NO LATER than 6/30/2023.  I placed the order for this book in good faith expecting to have received it, "in good faith" at the time it was promised.

      It is now 7/25/2024 and I still have no book or a refund as I have requested.  When I initially requested a refund from Prophecy House on 1/23/2024 I had no book.  It wasn't until I requested a refund that you mentioned a "refund" policy (3/2024) months later in an email.  I continued inquiring via many emails from the time I placed my order, due to the fact that there was a notice with my order through Paypal that said "on hold" which alerted me.  All I received were automated/triggered emails stating that orders were being pushed out by at least 2 months.  When I felt I wasn't ever going to receive my order, and my emails were being ignored by a real representative (by not addressing my concern directly) I contacted my credit card company.  My credit card company processed the chargeback request without incident. I provided them with the information they requested to do so.  That's what they do to protect their customers in cases such as this, when companies practice substandard business practices.

      I find it quite sad that a company has issue with a mere $50 refund for an item they cannot or will not provide in a timely manner.  I am not upset about not receiving the book.  I only request the refund as from the beginning. Praying for you.

      ******************** has LIED from start to finish.  She WAS refunded, under fraudulent claims, by her credit card company, as she FALSELY alleged some subscription, which Prophecy House does NOT have, NOR have we EVER had.  Here is our response to PayPal, when they received a chargeback from ************************ credit card company (again, she flat-out LIED to her credit card company, which then issued her a refund and caused PayPal to TAKE the funds of her purchase, FROM Prophecy House, so we have effectively NOT been paid and will thus NOT fulfill ************************ original order).  This is what we told PayPal at the time (i.e., on 5/5/2024, in response to ********************** filing of a chargeback with her financial institution on or about 4/26/2024):

      I am rejecting this response because: Actually, I am done with this company. Let me be clear one last time. My cc company credited my account AFTER ********************** rejected to address my concern of a refund. I paid for my order via my PayPal account with my cc.  Again, they ****** did what they needed to do in order to protect me (the consumer) regarding the chargeback. I stand firm in everything I've submitted and said from the beginning.  Please refer to the attachment 20240326_070803 (copy of my order/receipt paid for book. If the cc company has any further issues with Prophecy House, they can deal with you. I am not accepting any more verbal abuse/disrespect from you/Prophecy House. As far as I am concerned we can close this.
