      Just got karcher pressure washer new, less than a year ago and stop working, leaking water at the bottom. Need to have Karcher replace it at no cost to me, free shipping. Attached is the serial number

      Hi,

        It sounds like your Karcher pressure washer is still under warranty.  Our Rapid Exchange warranty program is designed to do exactly what you're looking for- for electric pressure washers still covered by warranty, we will replace with the same (or equivalent) new machine at no cost to you- no shipping costs, and no need to send the old machine back to us.  Please give our customer care center a call at ************ and we'll gather some information from you and get a new machine headed your way.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have not received the email confirmation from Karcher when the replacement will be shipped at no cost to me.  I called Karcher reps Monday 2 days ago, spoke to ***************************, then emailed her and karcher at **************************************************** <****************************************************>, which is where to send the form for warranty replacement and never get a confirmation when the free replacement will be shipped to me.  Attached is screenshot email to ******* and Karcher above (Email to Karcher to Request Warranty Free replacement PressureWasher.png) and warranty replacement form (newest karcher form (23).pdf), attached to email above.

      I spoke with our call center and your replacement machine was shipped this morning on order SO 00195522.  *** tracking number is 1Z2E24240301429485.  Please note that as of 3:30 pm mountain time 1/17/24, there is no info in the *** system for that tracking number as it is a new order today- it should populate in the next 24 hours.

      Bought **************** washer K *****, 1. the 1st time start to use it leaking water at the bottom of the units, pump constantly running, never pressurized, stopped the motor, keep the hose running, and keep leaking a the bottom.2. The 2 front wheels keep coming off from the unit 3. The nozzle tool stuck cannot turn to adjust the spray.At no cost to me, Krcher North America must replace this unit, free shipping. Attached is the picture of model and serial number thank you

      We communicated with Mr ******* and determined that his product is still under its warranty period.  As such, we have shipped a replacement unit to him at no cost (as is standard with our Rapid Exchange warranty program) on order **********.

      I returned an erroneous part of a Karcher pressure washer, the company received it on 22 April and I have been given the run around trying to collect the refund of $59.21 from Karcher of **** N. Karcher way ****************.

      Thank you for your assistance in this matter. As a result of your help, I just received a refund from the company, however, the amount of $53.41 was incorrect. The correct amount is $59.21.

      This customer was actually dealing with a third party retailer who sells our parts and equipment, and not Karcher itself.  That ******* is Ordertree.com.  Nevertheless, I reached out to Ordertree to make sure they had properly refunded this customer's money.  They informed me that the customer had been credited.  The customer then added a note to the ******************** complaint saying the refunded amount was not the correct full amount.  I relayed this to Ordertree, and they informed me that they then corrected the error and refunded the customer the rest of their money on 5/25/22.  The customer has now been fully refunded their original purchase price.
