A friend and I presented to the event center on Friday, February 10, 2023 at approximately 9 pm. Upon arrival the security guard asked for identification. I provided my driver's license and was allowed in, my friend was pulled aside and a second security guard was called to look at his ID. After a couple of minutes he was denied entrance into the event center and the guards claimed his ID was not valid. I asked to speak with a manager. As we waited in line, the security guard allowed a female to enter the event center using her **** Club Membership card.She stated "its me, its me." The guard allowed her entrance. I asked why he could take a membership card to a **** Club as an ID when it does not even have a DOB on it. He ignored me. I walked inside and asked a second security guard for his manager and the name of the agency. He stated "Viper Security." He then stated that he "cannot give you that information" when I asked for the guard's name. Management refused to refund the tickets as they claimed they were hired separately from the security agency. Finally a manager claiming to be ************ stated he was not allowed to refund the tickets as he only rented the venue. Again I asked why a **** club membership card was acceptable as an ID. The guard came over and stated "she is a regular." **** stated I had every right to file a claim but ask that I file under the name "The Stampede."
