      I was first contacted by a ***************** with Westhill on May 20, 2024. I missed the initial call because I was at work. They then immediately called my sister (one that I do not communicate with and this caused even more problems.) I returned the missed call and spoke with *** who was very rude and aggressive (almost to the point of threatening.) I informed him multiple times that I couldn't make a payment until my next paycheck, but that was not acceptable. I made an initial payment of $25 on June 3rd. I requested to be emailed a receipt, and the payment arrangement that we set up. I received 1 receipt from the 1st transaction. Starting June 14th I started biweekly payments of $150. I spoke to *** and again asked for the payment arrangement in writing to be emailed to me. Payment of $150 on June 28th. I requested the arrangement to be emailed again. Never received. On July 12th scheduled payment my card was locked. Then on July 19th they attempted a $175 charge. I was never informed of any fees (or anything at all verifying that this company is even legitimate.) There was then an attempted charge for $25 on July 19th, July 23rd, and August 8th. I do not trust this company. They refuse to send any documentation proving that they are who they say, receipts or anything with the arrangement in written form. I honestly feel like they are scamming people. At the least, they are not professional, and very much bully people into agreeing to payments they cannot afford to make. I have a very bad feeling, and experience with this company. I do not trust them. Also, I replied to the 1 email I received with the first payments receipt from ****************************** 3 times asking for the arrangement and have still never received a response. I also never spoke to anyone with initials tg, and the email is westhill exchange, but the charges were Office of Westhill.

      I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe it is truthful. I did receive 1 email from ***************************** on June 3rd. It was a receipt for the first payment I made. The only one I ever got. So my email address is not only on your records correctly, but working just fine receiving email from your company. I did search my entire inbox, spam etc., and used every possible key word to make sure I didn't miss anything. There was nothing aside from the 1 I received on June 3rd. I did also respond to the email on June 4th, requesting the documents that I had verbally requested on the phone with your agent. I have not responded to your calls because there either isn't a voicemail left, or the voicemail says nothing as to who it is, where they are calling from, or any details that would give me a clue. If it is possible to have my account transferred and sent to an entirely other agency/company then consider this my request.

      I was told back in Oct 2023 that my balance owed was $321.45 and they continue to take $50.00 every month still as of 8/9/2024. I have an email showing proof from this company what my balance was in Oct. That is $500 that I have paid since Oct and my acct should have been paid in full months ago. At this point they owe me almost $200.00.

      7/5/2024 Westhill called me twice leaving a VM stating that an account that was derogatory has been sent to their office and I needed to contact them right away, not even 20mins later I got a text message from a previous colleague stating that the same women ************** contacted them asking for information stating a decision was being made on my behalf and that my VM was full. I havent worked there in over a year and my VM is clearly not full because a Message was Left! Kindly cease and desist calling! I dont know what this is regarding but I dont appreciate threats or you calling MY EMPLOYER!

      The Office of ********* is a debt collection agency. At the beginning of my relationship with them, we set up a payment arrangement of $100 to be paid on the 15th of each month via debit card on file. They go in and pull money from my account when every they feel like it. They always pull the normal $100 on the 15th but they will also pull in amounts of $75 and $25 which had caused my account to negative and caused me multiple over draft fees. ******************** - one of the bosses - and I have had multiple conversations where he has tried to figure out what is wrong. He seemed to think that 2 different ladies were handling my account and each was withdrawing money via debit card. However, I have only ever received calls from one of the ladies - the one who set up the payment arrangement - ***********************. She is rude and will hang up on you when you ask to speak to "accounting" and ********************. She will also say that she can give them a message but they probably can't get back to me the same day. My last conversation with ******************** was in February after he assured me the multiple withdrawals wouldn't happen again, and it did. He said he would be the only one handling my account from now on. However, ************** called MY WORK today. When I call them or email them or in any way try to contact them, they wait WEEKS to get back to me. But, when they want you, they call your work. Dates they have taken money out of my account when they were NOT authorized to include - 12/4/23 (credited back), 12/29/23, 1/4/24, 2/1/24, and 3/11/24. The card they have on file is no longer active, and I won't be giving them a new card number because despite my multiple conversations with **************, emails with "admin," and conversations with ********************, money continues to come out of my account on random days.

      This company withdrew $50 from my checking account on January 19, 2024.It was unauthorized and I have no idea who this company is or who they represent that thinks I owe them. When I wrote to them at the email I had received, they tried to get me to give them even more personal information such as my DOB and last 4 of my social before they would provide me any explanation.I consider this fraud and have reported it as such to my financial institution.

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** sent me an email about charging me $50. I sent a REPLY to that email and stated "I did not authorize a $50 payment as is listed below. I do not even know who this represents as I have not had business with Westhill Exchange." *********** replied "Thanks for the prompt response, however due to federal law we cannot disclose and information until we have the consumer fully verified. May we please have the last 4 of SSN # and DOB?" I do not understand why they can't advise who they represent when they were comfortable enough to send an initial email and charge $50 to my bank account. I do not want to provide any further personal information without further explanation of reason for the $50 unauthorized charge. I have to consider this is a fraudulent charge. I notice there are several other BBB complaints of the same scenario of a questionable $50 charge.
