              I dropped off books for buy back program at location in ********* **. I have refused the offer that was offered to me. I was contacted by an associate that I needed to come pick up my books and I was told it was ok to pick up by 8 pm next day. I came back right after work and my books were processed and put on shelves at the store. They refused to ************* to me. I was told I would be contacted by the manger, who never contacted me. He said that I signed contract that they can process the order if it was abandoned. I did not abandoned my order. Manager told me if I want my books back I can buy them off the shelves. Manager refused to provide his name. I am very upset about this situation and how rude I was treated. I did not pay business any money. This is the value of the books that I dropped off.

              When you sell things here, it will come with rules that are not made available up fount. I personally do not know the extent of these rules. But the ones that applied to my transactions are the following.- You do not get an itemized list of what they paid for your items - If you choose to get in store credit, you cannot get any of your items back once you have given them to the store
