I needed double pane window glass replaced in two windows. They were extremely responsive, heard back a couple hours after submitting an inquiry online, they came out the next day to give me a very good quote, returned 10 days later with the sealed units and had them installed within about 30 minutes. Family business, everyone was so professional and friendly.Highly recommended!

***************************** replaced an exterior door and replaced a cracked window as well. From initial conversation to final install, they were incredibly responsive and transparent. When it came time to do the actual install, they were on-time and finished in just a couple of hours. The new door and window came out amazing. ***************************** completed a inner door and frame replacement that included new locks and closer. We are a very busy business, they arrived on time, and got straight to work. This placed our work flow to a hault until the repairs were done. In anticipation we made plans for this. We did not expect the install team to be so quick and efficient. In less than 2 hours, the work was completed and my team was able to get back on task. My team was especially impressed by how clean the area was after the job was completed. Not a single thing out of place and no debris left on the ground. The installers were very professional and helpful in explaining all the work done and made more than good on the promise for quick work completion. I had a six-panel entry door and a storm door installed by this company for a total cost of $3486.16. Everything was great! The cost included a 1-year warranty, or so I thought. The storm door closer began lifting the side jamb, it initially started with a tiny crack left on the side jamb during the installation. When I noticed the crack was beginning to grow and the jamb was lifting, we screwed the jamb down hoping this would keep from further lifting and it did but instead the closer completely ripped out. I reached out to them thinking it would be a simple side jamb replacement and since it was caused by the storm door closer it would be covered under the warranty. I spoke to ******, who was rude and refused to help. She claimed to be one of the installers and that the damage was caused by us s******* the jamb down and/or the windExtremely disappointed, I paid close to $3500.00, the initial crack where the storm door closer was placed is what caused the damage. At ***************************** we do honor our one year warranty. The doors were installed 10 months ago and we were not called until the following June after the customer took it upon themselves to attempt to repair the closer by adding screws which voids all warranties as with any other company. This is a pretty standard procedure with any warranty. We pride ourselves on great customer service and integrity in our workmanship.Review from DeboraF F

If you are looking for a company to fix your door, go no further! Put your troubles in Kathys hands and her crews will make the miracles happen! A main entry/ storm door package installed by Transformrpro, a ***** spinoff. Do Not Use Them! There are too many gory details. After installation, we needed a call back (storm door wouldnt fully open, trim pieces falling off and tape on threshold peeling up) after 4 months, 4 appointments with no shows and no calls.just call Angelo and Sons and get your job done RIGHT! I called on ***************************** to help me with a problem. "My wife and I can't sleep" I said, "we're worried about someone breaking our front door sidelight and coming into our home in the middle of the night. Can you help?" "No problem," they said. I asked if they could install a storm door for extra security and they said--no problem. Measurements were taken and in less than a month my wife and I were admiring their expert workmanship and sleeping soundly. Best of all was the call I took a few minutes after the job was done, the debris was cleaned up, and the firm handshake I got from our master installer before he was off to the next job. The first question I was asked is one you would expect from a professional contractor, "Are you happy with our work?" to which I said, "Yes." But the second question I was asked, "Do you and your wife feel more secure?" is one that is only asked by people who truly care about the people they serve.Angelo & Sons, Doors & More Inc Response
