Ordered 2 Sharp cards through Rhymesick website in order to purchase RSC tokens in June 2021 for $1000 and another one in July 2021 for $500. **************** deposited the tokens in to my digital wallet. In August he pulled everyone&#**;s tokens out of all of our wallets without our permission or knowledge. I confronted **************** and asked him what he was doing. And I wanted my money back. He dragged/delaying for months cause loss unfairly. No one should have access to our wallets without our permission/knowledge. That is what the owner did. If he did that, then we should get our money back due to defective product (token). I wanted this resolved. When I told them what I wanted, they refused. What they did was emotional abusive and guilt tripping for wanting my money back.Business response

All tokens were not removed. We created new tokens to prevent a potential security threat and airdropped all new tokens. Investors then sold and caused the value of the cryptocurrency to drop. It was noted many times that investing in crypto is volatile and poses risks. All crypto are still available to be bought and sold as it stands and we will not issue a refund as she possesses all said tokens that were reimbursed with no known security risk and upgraded contract.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:This is not the 1st time they have made the excuses of pulled investors funds out, not 2nd time neither, 3rd time.
pulled out liquidity so they can fill their own pocket and give investors crumbs. Did not give equal width investors invested as fully amount. They did this ON PURPOSE to s**** over the investors. Defective product, defective token, defective of everything: yes refund is demanded if the products is defective due to security issues otherwise...
Fraudlant, Scammer, Theives.
I want my refund total of $1,500
This business also claim fraudlant within the Taxes loopholes. Crypto or not, dont steal from the investors and claim you protecting their investment which is not truthful.
