I submitted a cancellation to the gym via email on February 8th. They responded confirming receipt of my email on February 12th. I paid the 30 days per contract. On March 13th, I received a charge from my former gym. I attempted to call, email, and visit in person and to date, have only gotten a text message saying that they had forwarded the email to the owner, the only person capable of processing cancellations (despite telling me it had been received before). Cyclebar has taken $109 off of my credit card and I would like it returned and my membership cancelled immediately as I followed through my contract obligations.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to contact them in regards to a bill for a no contract unlimited account they are trying to send to collections. I canceled the account through e-mail per the agreement on may 9th though e-mail. I also was in the office the previous month and advised front seat this would be the last month because we were to move. I just would like a response and a resolution from the owner as soon as possible.
