I was admitted to the civilian hospital in March 2020. They incorrectly billed VA for my services instead of my primary insurance they had on file.VA has been billing me a copay (approximately $1500, plus interest), every month since Feb 2020 (when I started working this issue. I have talked to VA ***************** more times I can count on fingers and toes, I have talked to VA *************** more times than I can count on my fingers (to include the last time, when they said Oh, VA paid your ****, we cannot help you! Why they did not tell me that from Day 1, I do not know), and the local hospital billing department at least another 20 times.I have sent VA, three billing dispute letters (Oct 2020, Nov *****************, and Dec 2020 - *********** **) and have heard nothing, although I have been told they would provide me a response within 60 days.VA ***************** while very friendly, can only tell me, they will send **** **************** center) a message (no phone, no fax) and I need to follow-up with them after 30 days. I have also provided the local ******************* contact name and number to help resolve the issue.Eleven months since starting, three dispute letters, more than 50 (or 70) phone calls, to at least 7 different places did get the ***** hospital to take care of their responsibility, but I can get nobody in VA to acknowledge that anything is wrong on their end (and a new **** arrives in the mail). Can you assist in getting my issues to a conclusion?I assume, it is illegal for VA to not resolve billing issues when they know the other agency has already billed their primary insurance for t
