      Transaction date was 6/29/2023 and the amount I paid was $735. A man named *****, came to the property to do an estimate. He committed and promised me to complete a deep house and carpet cleaning. I did not even bargain for anything because I told him that I really need him to do a good job and want to keep him for a long-term business. Unfortunately, he did a very sloppy job. He cannot communicate clearly and honestly. When I checked out the house, it was still full of fine sands and the hardwood and stones floor. The sinks still had solid and hair. All 4 toilets were dirty, and the stoves were visible with grease. The refrigerators were smelly and there so much dust underneath, hardwood floors were only cleaned with water, so they look dry and terrible. Spider webs and dirt are around the fixtures and the baseboards, the list can go on. Even though he offered to come clean again, I was not so convinced due to the time left and his understanding. The worst thing was he kept calling me at 10 PM and asking for money while his job was not complete. I tried to hire a different company to clean again, but no one was available due to the deadline. Sadly, and angrily, my husband and I had to spend an extra 4.5 hours on Saturday cleaning up the mess. I have many more pictures to provide if needed.

      Hardwood floors still had sand.  Only water or bad solutions were used which looked and felt so dry, old, and ugly.

      ******** messaged my husband, *****, wanting a deep clean, move out cleaning. My husband forward me the information, and I got a hold of of her she explained what she wanted done in the house. I did forward her a list of what we have that we do in a move out Cleaning and I did talk to her regarding that list. I was out of town, so I wasnt able to talk to her directly in person. We were communicating back-and-forth. My husband went in person to give her a quote and she agreed to the quote. She did say that a couple of companies were going to go and give her a quote and she was going to agree on what was best for her and she did call us back.  We did explain to her that we would probably take 2 to 3 hours just depending on how dirty the house was  we did take more time than expected because we wanted to do a good job. They did also talk about payment option and she said that she wasnt gonna pay until the job was done. ***** asked her to go after they were done just in case something was not correctly done he could do it again and she agreed to go back. So I called her when they were done because she was talking to me and I told her that they were done that if she could head out over there to see the place and she said no because it was too late and I said OK, thats fine and she replied that she was going to go the next morning to see it and I told her OK ***** can meet you there so you guys can go over everything together and she said that there was no need for him to go over. Then she called me afterwards maybe like at 2 oclock and said everything was done incorrectly and I told her I asked you to call me so ***** can go pick up our pay and go over everything that he did and she said that she was not going to do that that everything was completely done wrong , and then she started yelling at me. Her husband was on the line. I dont know if they were on speaker and then he tried to calm stuff down because I was like you dont have to yell at me were both grown adults and the man was very kind and was willing to talk, but she was just going over him  and I cant recall, but I think they were their language. I did have a hard time for her to pay me. But I did explain to her that if it was too late, then we could work something out for the next day, but since she was not very happy, it was a little bit hard. I even told her let ***** come because she had sent me the money through ***** and I told her I wont charge it because youre not happy until he comes and goes over what you are saying is incorrect and she said no she said just go ahead and charge it But we offered her a couple of times to come back because we dont like to leave our clients unsatisfied because we get New clients by word-of-mouth so we always try to do a great job.
