**** landscaping named **** took S17000 money from me and did half of the work and not showing up after that. my total agreement amount was $18500. He already took $17000 from me messed up all of my work and not completed my work. I have 3 years old kid and he is falling down on rocks he placed at firepit with out concert. As I explained, I shared the pictures of my work. Please review those picture and try to help me on my pending landscaping work. I called him 100 times, he never answered me. We paid the contractor ****, upfront to get our backyard done, he started everything and did not complete the work, now he is not answering or responding to calls and texts. He damaged more than what he worked on the house, he installed fence with wrong boundaries, the dog run he installed is already coming out, when they were doing the concrete work he splashed concrete on the walls and windows and they are not going away, he opened the sidings for covered patio and did half work on it and left it like that while it got damaged with rain and snow, the kitchen he tried to build is, he just sticked the bricks with glue and left it like that, he brought a BBQ which doesn't work, we also paid to the Vendors like ********** whenever he goes to the store and get material which he didn't even bring it to our home but dropped at other peoples projects, when asked about all these he kept saying stories and he said he will fix everything and now he is not responding. We wrote checks to Janitorial PSC and the owner ************************* and also paid to the vendors, we have all the pictures and proofs.He did the same thing for couple of other friends as well.Business response

This letter is to whom it may concern, I am ****** the owner of the Janitorial company P.S.C. On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, I received a letter from the BBB regarding a complaint from one of my clients, I will shortly reply to my client's complaint. I had previously been working with this client who is honestly a very difficult client. First we started working on wanting to please my client with regular grass, from the beginning he signed the contract where he clarified that he wanted regular grass, we worked first with the installation and then proceeded to install the regular grass, when my client saw the system finished, about to install the grass the change of decision at the last moment wanting fake grass. To switch to fake grass, I had to make new and different setup changes from the system to adjust the system for fake grass, I had to use additional equipment like sand, briz, which was extra he didn't pay me for this. he only he paid for the grass but did not pay me for the additional material used in the change.
My client complains about the fence, he never paid me to install the fence, which was ************************************************** the contract, later the client changed his decision again and wanted it electronic which would be more expensive and he refused to pay more. In the contract for the outdoor kitchen, we had agreed that I was going to install furniture, I started to install it and they demanded expensive furniture from recognized brands. I did not agree to this because the price was going to increase in the contract.
For these reasons I stopped working for this client, because he changed decisions that were already made in the contract, and he also did not want to pay me what was fair for making this change. He reaffirmed that the client did not pay for my labor, which I am not going to be giving away . It is true he paid for the material but he did not pay me for the labor of the work. This customer threatened to call the police on me and took pictures of my truck license plates without my permission.Customer response

*********************************I have all the proofs that I paid for the extra material for the grass, I have the receipts, we paid for sand and all the extra materials, we initially agreed for the electronic pergola and please share the agreement here for BBB to see, we agreed for ***** and we already paid ***** untill now, we wanted turf and paid for it as it is extra and also we agreed to pay more if you work, we have to uninstall everything for the disastrous work you guys did, and all the concrete on the glass windows and doors are going to cost me 20K again and the work you guys did has to be redone, please check the photos attached as to how you installed the kitchen and how unsafe it is, it is tough to work with you guys not me you did the same thing to 4 of my friends took money and not responding to calls, yes I reached police because your husband made us pay for material and took half the material to other peoples home, please post any proofs if you have some, you wont because you know how bad of a job he did here. Not even a single thing you did is correct and according to the rules, all the material you used is cheap and already gone bad, you can check the photos, I will make sure all my friends to file a complaint on you now.
