  Back in Oct 2022 I paid $1,791 towards sod installation that was supposed to be completed in April 2023. I cancelled the request and have yet to see my money returned. Receipts have been provided to show I paid, but now ****** has refused to respond after many attempts to contact him.

  the sod Installation was never invoiced to the home owner it was removed from the final invoice. what the customer is showing on the documents is the estimate for the job. we ran out of time to install sod that season so  i invoiced only the work that has been completed.  last season the home owner wanted mulch in her back yard so we installed it then she changed he mind and wanted rock . so when spring came around i installed the rock and she did not want to pay me for that she states she paid for it already. witch is not true.   if i would of charged her for the sod i would have put it in or returned her the money. this lady has tried to destroy my business she has made fake profiles on ****** to give poor reviews on my business. that right there tells the kind of fraudulent person she is.  she shows her true person. i am just a small business trying to keep my head above water. then have to deal with customers like her.

  ****** and his crew were hired to re-do our back yard July 2022. The crew did a good job with the rock and the playground. A french drain was installed all around to help with the amount of water our yard collects since it sits at the bottom of the hill. ****** assured ** the french drain would solve the issue and stated his work is warranted. I called ****** last week and scheduled for last Friday, he didn't show up. Rescheduled for Saturday, texted and called him no response. Texted him again last Monday even sent pictures for him to review and have not heard back. Installing a french drain is not cheap. We are asking for the company to honor his warranty and fix our issue.

  We did do the drain install for the customer in question.  So to start off my original quote for the drain installation was for the install of a two drain line pipe side by side. For more drainage. ***** rejected it do to pice. So I did another quote for her that removed some features. Such as the lenght of the drain and other things that dosent have to do with the drain and she rejected it again do to price. On the last quote I removed one drain pipe. To lower the price. Witch one pipe would have been okay for drainage of her yard. She agreed to the quote and we started working on the yard.  A few days after starting once we started to install the drain pipe and were almost done laying the pipe her dad came out and he started say that we needed to raise the lower elevation pipe 6 inches so that it would drain better. Now keep in nind that this was the end of the drain line where we were going to install the emitter where the water would exit at the lowest part of the drain. This is where it needs to be the lowest so that the water flows out and away from the house.  So I explain to him that the slope was calculated and we are at the corre t elevation. But he encested he want us to un dig the drain line and raise the pipe. I told him that I've been doing the for seven years and I know what I'm doing. So he went to talk to edit and told her that we needed to raise the pipe. So she came out and told us to do what he said. We went back and fourth and finally I said we are going to do it but. The wor was not going to be covered under the warranty. Now she states it's not draining properly after a year and a half.  To top it off she placed a claim with BBB. And did a bad review with Google.

  The estimate I received from Elias Landscaping on 5/24 states 2425LF of french drain and thats what was installed. Other items from the estimate were modified to make it more affordable for us but the french drain never changed. My father did suggest to lift the back drain 6 inches but not at the end of the drain. He asked for them to pack dirt under the drain from the where it starts but there were almos done with it so he suggested to lift it at least 2" from half of the way. My father did construction for over 40 years and ****** was very upset and disrespectful to my elderly father. ****** failed to take his advise and stated he warrants his work and will go out and fix and do it my father's way if it didn't work. The work was completed last July and I waited till the summer to call him. The biggest issue here is the lack of communication and response from this company.
