I order a Lavender suit for Easter to take pictures with my family. CCO Menswear sent me the suit I ordered in a different color which was Peach. I reached out to them first by phone. They take they phone off hook I found out because they mess up on a lot of people orders and they don't want to talk to customers to fix they mess up! I then emailed to have manager to call me. They did not have manager to call me and still want let me talk to higher up manager so maybe they could fix the problem. This business has a terrible response to their customers. The Better Business Beaura needs to take time and look into the business they do with customers. Please ask why are the phone lines the way they are. Here's the number they have for the business, call and see what happens ***********. Please publish this so other will stop doing business with CCO Menswear cause they don't value their customers! The majority of their customers is men of color!Business response

We provide free returns for all customers.
You contacted us Monday night about receiving the wrong suit. Tuesday morning, we responded and sent you a return label. As soon as we receive the suit back, we will refund your method of payment.

I am rejecting this response because: I have the right to speak to Manager! All customers have that right! I'm sure you do this to all of your customers of color we church people we talk and I have noticed you guys don't talk to your customers on the phone cause you don't want to answer to the mistakes but yet you take money so I would like to speak to Manager because I feel he/she should understand how my Easter pictures with the family is mess up cause you sent the wrong suit out!

CCO MENSWEAR DATE OF PURCHASE: SEPT, 16, 2023 TIME OF PURCHASE:12:08:55 PM AMOUNT PAID TO COMPANY: $406.54 -$125.00 per suit ORDER NUMBER:1000174693 COMPLAINT SUMMARY:I purchased 3 separate suits from *** Men's wear on Sept, 16, 2023. However when I received my order in the mail I saw that they were not the correct suits that I ordered. I called the *** customer service line and spoke to a representative and informed them the suits I received were incorrect. The representative told me that if I wanted the original (correct) suits that I ordered I would be responsible for paying $266.00 for them instead of the advertised price that I paid at checkout of $125.00 per suit. The representative also told me the ************ I had to resolve my issue would be to return the suits for a store credit or have my card debited a $15.00 return label fee plus whatever the shipping costs are. I would prefer for *** Men's wear to send me the correct suits that I originally ordered and give me the option to return the incorrect suits that I was sent free of charge.Business response

Per our return policy, we never charge a return label free if a customer receives the wrong item. The customer must simply upload a picture of the tags on the sleeve (not a picture of the suit). Once we review the images, the customer receives a free return label.
If the customer receives the correct items, they can get a free return label when they request a store credit. OR, they can pay $15 for a return label, and we will refund their method of payment.
Customers can request return labels and can view our return policy here: ******************************************************. By using our return label system, customers accept our terms and conditions (which is stated in our policy).
When **************** returns our goods, we will either refund him or issue a store credit (depending on what he requests). He is then free to purchase any suits for the prices listed on our website.
He purchased items from our outlet store which are previously returned items that we sell at low prices, so we can sell them quickly. This is standard procedure across all retailers for selling off returned items quickly. If there are no suits in our outlet in his size, then he is free to by the full price items on our website or not purchase anything.

I am rejecting this response because:CCO Menswear still refuses to honor its advertised price of $125.00 for each suit I purchased. They insist that the suits are avail, but I will have to pay regular price for it. I feel that since the suits that I ordered are available they should sell them to me at the advertised price.

I purchased two suits for my son's to wear to a wedding last Friday, September 22, 2023. When I received the suits - obviously all lengths on the pants have to be tailored because they are left unhemed. So, I of course had this done for both suits.The wedding start at 4:30 p.m. and by 7:00 p.m. both zippers were off the track and eventually broke and we had another 4 hours were by sons could no stand up because their zippers were broken.I emailed them and told them I would like an exchange or a refund - they said zippers can be fixed - seriously?????Business response

As per our stated return policy, we do not take back worn and altered clothing.
Per our email conversations, the customer claims the zippers broke during the wedding not before as she stated in this complaint.
As an exception, we offered to pay for the repairs if the customer would send us a picture of the broken zipper. The customer declined.
This matter is closed on our end. We will not refund the customer.

I am rejecting this response because all of their pants come with about 6 inches of extra fabric at the bottom so you can take it them and get it altered - so how would I possibly get a return on pants that were an altered - they ALL have to b unless you are 7 feet tall!!!!the zipper broke from being worn for 2 1/2 hours their response is not valid or accurate - in this happened on two different suits so theyre clothing doesnt last for more than two hours - this is complete and utter *******. I will just continue to post my reviews onto the website to make others aware of their poor business practice.

I would also like to add that they never asked for a picture, and it took me three times to even get a response from them!!!
I would expect a suit that I paid almost $200 to 4 **************** should last more than 2.5 hours. And I bought 2 suits!!!!!!
I will see this in small claims court just because they say that they are in writing it is unethical to only think that you should get two hours out of any clothing!

I run a men's recovery program in ******** *******. One of the men in our program had a death in his family. The funeral is tomorrow, 16 Jun 2023. We placed the order on last Friday, 6/9/2023, at 1:35PM. We paid extra for 3 day shipping to have the suit arrive by 6/13 at the latest. The evening of 6/12 at 9:30pm, I received an email telling me my order was just shipped. This gentleman did not have a credit card and had cash. I, the assistant director, placed the order on my credit card. As soon as I received the email on Monday evening at 930pm, I responded and asked that the item not be shipped and that I receive a refund, because the tracking had it arriving on Friday, which is too late - especially since it would need altered before the funeral. The reply that I received from the company essentially told me that it was my fault for not reading everything on their website (i.e. shipping policy) and that they wouldn't take responsibility for it being late. They told me that I would have to pay $15 to have the suit sent back to them. Every piece of this was the companies fault.I am requesting a full refund for the product, along with the shipping paid for by your company, as none of this was this gentleman's fault. This gentleman came to our program homeless and had to scrounge up money to pay for this suit for the funeral. Please do the right thing in seeing this man get all of the money owed to him returned.Business response

This customer placed an order with ** on Friday 6/9 after our shipping cut off. This means that the item would ship on Monday 6/12, which it did. This information is clearly stated on our website here:

At 10pm on 6/12, *** posted an update on the tracking information that the package might be delayed due to their own operational issues. THIS IS A *** ISSUE. CCO is not responsible for *** delays. This is also posted on our shipping page (see above).
The customer is welcome to return the item. We will happily refund them when we receive the item back. We provide return labels on our website. The information on returns can be found here.

I am rejecting this response because:The business is wanting to charge me $15 for something that is NOT my fault. Not one person within the entire business has been helpful. They have all been rude and have been zero help for their customers. They have had zero sympathy for the gentleman that is dealing with the death in his family and at the same time a company that wants to take his money. I have never encountered a business like this. There will not be future business with this company.

I'm having a all white party on July 22, 2022. I placed a order at CCO Mens on July, 15, 2022 and paid for 3 day shipping. I called CCO Mens on Monday July 18, 2022 and spoke real nice to customer service and please them to make sure my order was sent out and, that I had paid for 3 day shipping. I also notified them I was having a party and, I need order before Friday. I was reassured my order would reach me before Friday 22, 2022 it could also be seen where I paid for 3 day shipping and the order was placed Friday 15, 2022. I continued to monitor my email looking for shipping notification. Tuesday, I called CCO Mens and again I spoke to customer service and explained, I paid for 3 day shipping and I was having a party and need order by Friday, once again, I was told I would get order before Friday 22, 2022. On Wednesday, July 20th 2022, I received a notification in my email that I'm going to get order after Friday 22, 2022 even tho I paid for 3 day and spoke to customer service this whole week! I emailed CCO Mens mad as h*** and told them to cancel my order and refund all my money back! I also thank them for the big lie they told me and the inconvenience they have cause to me!!! They call themselves refusing to refund my money and refuse to let me speak to a manager. So before I *** them, I would like the BBB to help me speak to them about getting my money asap!Business response

******************* placed his order on Friday July 15th at 1:44pm. This was after our shipping deadline (which is posted on our website). His order shipped on Monday with 3 Day select as requested. We have no control over *** transit times, and *** does not guarantee any transit times. If ******************** has an issue with how long the order is taking to get to him, he needs to talk to ***. We shipped his order as requested.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, which is what we told him in our responses.
Additionally, I am attaching copies of his "very nice" emails to customer service. He used the **word numerous times and threatened us. We will not put up with abusive customers. Due to this behavior, we absolutely will not respond to any further inquiries from him. Once he receives his order, he is welcome to send it back in its original, unworn, unaltered condition, and we will refund him for the suit. We provided return instructions in our email (see attachment).

To whom it may concern,This letter is to report a scam and fraud that was committed by the *** online clothing company. *** is advertising the Apollo brand sport coats with an attached item number, but I was shipped the Royal Diamond sport coats with the exact same item number. They are asking me to pay for the return shipping to get a refund on my purchase. When this whole problem was deliberately caused by *** and will also be an extra cost for me. I am including the transcript of the conversation between me and *** customer service representative, as well as the receipt for the purchase and the posted ad of the items. 1.I have a club membership with *** which is not free.2.2 Sport coats retail price---$150.00 each. Sale price---$ ***** each Club price---$ ***** each. Additional Discount 15%Ive dealt with this company for many years and Ive bought different brands of suits, Apollo King provides the perfect fit for me but *** elected not to send what I ordered. The action by *** is insulting and fraudulent. Im asking that this company be held accountable for their action. *** needs to provide shipping label for me to return products for full refund. We will gladly refund ***************** upon receipt of our merchandise that he currently has in his possession. He ordered 2 sports coats and received 2 sport coats as ordered both in style number DMJ color codes Black-1 and Navy-2, we explained to him that Apollo King and Royal Diamond are one in the same and he decided not believe us. Upon receipt of our merchandise we will issue a refund.
We do not issue return labels simply because someone doesn't like an item. He is welcome to buy a return label and ship the item back to us. When we receive it, we will issue a refund.
He filed a dispute with PayPal and lost that dispute, so now he is attempting to bully us.
To be clear, when he returns the items, we will issue a refund as is stated in our return policy. He can either use our return label system or choose the shipper of his choice.
