My family and I recently utilized Denver Pro Movers Monday, August 1st scheduled between ****am. It was the WORST experience with a moving company! Our drivers arrived at the correct time and started the moving process effortless until an hour passed, then the excessive breaks began. My husband and I counted 9 each taking anywhere from ***** minutes. We understood a break here and there considering it was summer but not 9 breaks! I was quoted with 3 men helping, a 4th gentleman showed up wearing flip flops: completely useless! They later tried to charge us for 4 men. The movers left a hole in the previous home, I will submit pictures when I return to my old apartment to conduct a walk-through scheduled for Monday August 8th. fast forward 6 1/2 hours later, our furniture and blankets were left on the first floor of my new home! Nothing was taken to the appropriate locations (1st floor, living area, downstairs) In fact my husband moved all the boxes from the moving truck and the "movers" focused on bringing in the sofa and beds. When it was time to collect payment, the movers yelled at my husband demanding cash. He said, "I confirmed with the office/dispatch" that Denver Pro Movers accepts credit card payments. After 10 minutes of hesitation and the movers calling dispatch, they accepted our credit card payment but were still upset that we did not pay cash. We still had a lot of work ahead of us after the movers left, (unwrapping our furniture and removing blankets off our TV's) which they left at our house. If that was enough excitement, our HOA manager gives us a warning due to trash being left from the movers outside! I am so incredibly disappointed!!! The movers did half of the work so I requested half refunded! This company is scamming the community, I reviewed other customer complaints and we need to put a stop to this! The company did reach out and offered to refund $100 back, that is completely unreasonable and not fair! I helped the entire time!
