      I made an online purchase through Froggy's Lair website on May 1st for replacement live sand and aquarium gravel. At the time the order was confirmed and payment was accepted. The total was $17.99 including shipping and tax. It is now July 17th, and I have emailed customer service roughly 5 or 6 times with no response. I haven't gotten a confirmation on shipping or status update of any kind. I've seen on ****** that this business is closing, if this is the case they should no longer be accepting orders or payments.

      Replacement sand, gravel, and rocks were ordered from the Froggy's Lair website on 4.2.2024 for the aquarium and frogs we received as a gift in July of 2022. A confirmation email was received and my credit card was billed on 4.2.2024 for $17.99. Order #C-8110.After failing to receive additional communication or the merchandise I emailed the customer service email listed on the order confirmation twice - with no response. That failing, I contacted the customer service phone number listed on their website ************ and left a voicemail. I would prefer to receive the ordered materials, but at this point one of the two frogs has died. Not knowing how long a resolution will take, I would at a minimum like a refund.

      I ordered replacement frog food on 5/24/24. The expected delivery time was 8-10 days. The order has not shipped and they have not responded to phone calls or e-mails. I don't know what to feed the frogs in the meantime. In addition, I had many issues regarding frog delivery in December, 2023 which ultimately resulted in them delivering the frogs to my doorstep on a day when it was 20 degrees outside. I neither requested or approved this delivery day. Currently just interested in receiving the frog food that I paid for and my frogs need to survive.

      I bought Replacement Sand on May 6 and received an email stating that I will get a tracking number soon but never received the tracking number nor the product. I sent them 3 emails and tried to call but they never reacted.

      I attempted to purchase a pet frog, back on February 12, 2024. Since then I have not received any response or update. Attempts to contact business have been completely ignored.

      I put in an order with Froggy's Lair on 2/25/24 (Order C-7949) for some replacement items for an aquarium we have. We have not received the items. The order was for "Replacement Sand, Gravel and Decorative Rocks for Gallon Size BioSphere" and frog food. I have emailed several times and have left messages. No response. They took my payment for these items but have not delivered any goods. I would like my delivery as they are for my daughter's frogs that will die soon if we don't get the delivery. Really appreciate your help.

      I made an online purchase on Feb. 18th 2024. I contacted them via email twice once directly from their website the week of March 4th and then again on March 10th and did not receive any responds back as to where my order was. I also called and left several messages the last one being March 13th as well as sent them a text message to their general phone number they left on their answering machine, still no responds from them.I would like for them to either send me my order or refund me back my money if they are not going to fulfill my order.

      I placed an order with this company on 2/4. They charged my credit card. I received an order confirmation. I have never received a shipping notice nor have I received my product. I have called them and left messages 10 times in the last 3 weeks. I have emailed them 3 times. I have texted them once. I have messaged them on ******** as well. I have received no calls or emails back.

      I purchased 2 packs of frog food and two decorations for my frogs and tank on January 2nd. After a month with no response, I tried contacting the business to find out when my items would be shipped. I called, emailed, direct messaged on ******** to both the business and owners pages, and texted. I have still not gotten any response. I have purchased from this company in the past with no issues, but now I feel as though my money has been taken. Thankful it was not more than this!

      I ordered a biosphere from this Company, and when I received my order, the tank was broken. I have tried to reach out to the Company via telephone, their website inquiry form, email, and social media. It's been approximately 1 month with no response.
