      Same here. $58.86 lost. Company will not respond to e-mails or phone messages. Our frogs need food and sand. Bought tank from them too. Unethical behavior.

      I placed an order on June 11, 2024 for replacement sand and rock. I was told to expect a tracking number and order update shortly. I have emailed 3 times and called twice. I've ordered from them before and never had a problem. I won't be ordered again EVER@

      Products ordered 5/18/24. Products charged to credit card 5/18/24. No product delivered.Sent at least 3 email inquiries. Called once. No response. Working with credit card company to cancel charge. Should have researched before ordering.

      I have tried to reach this company multiple times by both email and phone to receive the frogs I ordered back at Christmas time and have no response.

      Never received my order. I contacted them multiple times and no response. I even filed a dispute with my credit card company but somehow they are still making me pay for the merchandise that was never even shipped to me. Terrible, unethical company!

      They sent the aquarium but when asked them to schedule the live frog shipment they went dark. Multiple voicemails and emails without any response. I went to the local pet store and picked up the frogs for my kids that had been patiently waiting. I disputed part of the charge for the frogs and the next air shipping for the frogs. This is a scam with zero customer service.

      While I enjoy my frogs their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered replacement sand and stones over 6 weeks ago. I received an order confirmation but no order shipment information. I was charged on the day I ordered. I have left 10 voicemails, sent 3 emails, texted them and messaged them on ********* I even left one message with ***. I have not had one return call or email. I still don't have my product. I find this to be very shoddy customer service and wonder what kind of scam they are running.

      My son received a biosphere and 2 frogs for Christmas from Froggys Lair. Both frogs died within 2 weeks. I have called, emailed and text messages the company over 10 times (multiple attempts at each communication method over about 3 weeks) with absolutely ZERO response. I am not even asking them to replace the frogs I just want them to assist in making sure there is nothing wrong with their biosphere so we dont end up killing more frogs. I am unwilling to purchase more frogs to live in this environment until I can have some reassurance that their product is working properly. Meanwhile, my son is devastated and frustrated and doesnt understand why we cant fix this problem. This company works with animals and children, both of whom should be treated with much more care and consideration. I have NEVER written a business review like **************** is how frustrated and flabbergasted we are at their complete lack of response.

      I placed an order with froggy lair on line,. I was required to pay a $45 dollar expedition fee, which wasnt a problem. After a week I checked the progress of the order and it had not been sent out. After I discovered that my order was not on the way but the money was taken out of my account, I tried to reach out. I sent Froggy Lair 4 emails and called and left 2 messages with no response. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews regarding their customer service, if I had I would have seen that this seems to happen quite a bit. I absolutely understand that mistakes happen or emergencies come up, but the simple fact that they havent even responded is just bad business.
