My mother and I were involved in a car accident. We had gone to one attorney where we agreed on a 30% commission cost with them, the conversation was had with my mother mostly as her case was the main, in this situation and the 3 way conversations we had, I was under the impression that the case was to also include mine. When we left this company, due to their lack of investigation and movement on the case and chose *******************, we specifically asked for the same commission. We had the conversation over the phone and my mother ensure to ask which again should have encompassed myself as well. ********************* told me I must sign the documents before we talk to the lawyer when my case was coming to a close, I noticed the paperwork indicated 33.3% but he told me we could discuss questions during that meeting,. I was unaware that this was not going to be changed prior to me signing the documents. I was lied to by this company an feel it is their responsibility to uphold the agreement we verbally had not knowing they would lie to their own client. This is unacceptable. I want to be refunded the additional 3.3% that is set to come out of this settlement and the next 2 that are apart of this suit.

We have contacted the client and provided proof that a 33.3% fee was discussed with him and that he agreed to that amount.

I was hit my RTD and hired ******************* Associates to represent me. Upon settlement, I paid an extra $300.00 to ensure all loose ends were tied up, that there would be no surprise billing from my injuries. 7 months later, I get sued for over $2,500.00 of outstanding medical bills. I tried to fight collections with my lawyer taking all of his advice. Not only did I lose, I have to pay my own medical debt from an event that I was a victim in with no support. I would never recommend them or their services. I feel victimized as I trusted my lawyer.

We regret that this client is upset with the outcome, but we informed her at the time of her settlement that she owed medical bills that were not paid from the settlement proceeds. There was no extra money that we set aside or used for "loose ends."

I was hit by a car on January 13,2020. The person who hit me received a ticket and was charged with causing the accident. I hired Frank Azar and Associates to handle my case. Since then, I have been passed through to 3 different lawyers and a 4th who is supposed to "wrap up" my case. We ended up settling for less than half of what we originally requested and now I have unexplained charges on my account, which they are wanting to take out of my settlement. I have duplicate charges for request of medical records. They said they were charged twice because they needed to update my records. They also have a medical bill of $3,274 on their paperwork they are saying needs to be paid from my settlement. I have an itemized invoice from my insurance company showing they already paid $4,455 for my medical care. No one from Frank Azar's office is responding to my questions about where the $3,274 bill came from, since all of my care has already been paid for by my insurance company. I have already emailed the attorney's office and let them know I am not signing anything until someone addresses my questions.

We have answered this consumer's questions about the deductions from the recovery on her case and believe her concerns have been addressed. Her settlement funds have now been provided to her.
