Worst refund warranty ever. They do not cover wear and tear and the harness is poorly made and not meant to withstand wear and tear.My harness cost me $130 and ripped in 5 months.Business response

Hi *******,
We have requested that you send pictures to ** in order for us to confirm the warranty claim and process an exchange. You have refused to do so and have continually used inappropriate and harassing language with our team. We want to make it explicitly clear that we will not tolerate such behavior. Your actions are in violation of acceptable communication standards, and we have decided to take immediate action to protect our team members from further harassment. Your repeated refusal to provide any requested information for our team in order for us to assist you but instead threaten us indicates that you are not willing to engage in a civilized manner or are not interested in a resolution.

I was unable to comply with the sellers police return or get a refund in 7 days. I called as requested to get clearance for an exchange; I was unaware the harness was gender specific. I returned the harness after the 7 day requirement; requesting an exchange. I received neither an exchange nor a refund. I am a seor, 75 yr. old.; with a 12 yr. old St *******. I ordered a harness that did not fit. I attempted to use the companys Hassle Free Exchange Policy, which promises a size exchange. This policy requires that I phone the merchant first. However, the merchant does not answer the phone during business hours. Also, the website lists an email address for the business which appears to be inaccurate- info@***********************. My email was returned as undeliverable. In order to get the correct size, I had to place a second order. REQUEST: I would like the company to refund me for the first harness ($110.95). ATTACHMENTS: I am attaching copies of the first and second order, as well as 3 pages of the ****************** policy.Business response
