I placed a mobile app order for a pizza on 01/08/22 for pick up. When I arrived home, the pizza was completely ruined and an edible. I did not eat the pizza, and called the branch that I ordered from and spoke with a Manager *******. He offered to remake the pizza, I declined and asked for a refund. ******* declined a refund, I went back to the store and returned the pizza which had not been consumed. ******* stated another pizza was in the oven, I declined again and requested a refund. ******* declined a refund, and declined to provide me with corporate phone number, or his manager over the store. A verbal altercation ensued, and ******* instructed an employee to call the police. I told ******* to shut up, and ******* stated shut the f*** up to me in front of other customers in the store, as well as other store employees. Police arrived, and while another employee was attempting to assist me to give me a full refund, they asked ******* to approve the refund and he still declined. When I left the store I still did not have a refund, I asked who the manager was of the store in which ******* refused to give me a name. Another employee told me the manager of the store is Armani and that he would be in at 2 PM today. When I called after 2 PM, I was advised by a store employee that Armani was not in, and that they did not know what day he would be back in. In addition, the staff refused to provide me with the corporate phone number for dominoes, and still refused to provide me with a full refund. I did speak with the police, and they were unable to provide me with a refund. ******* then lied to the police and stated that I reached over the counter and was threatening him. At no point did this ever occur and I am aware that video cameras are on the premises.
