      They came to my house to specifically look to see if a plumbing line was broke or clogged that was all. I specifically told the person when I ordered the call as well as the two guys that came out. My grandfather who is 90 lives in the house I live in pa. They did work that was not authorized and told my grandfather and mother who is 70 that they would not leave until it was signed. This was not even the worst part. They left the water on which flooded the basement and lies about there being breaks when there were not any. Even sent me a 30 k quote to fix it. They took advantage of the elderly. Caused a flood and lied to make money. I have called three times last week to talk to a manager. One finally got back to me on Thursday. Said they would call back and never did. I want my money back and the cost to clean the flood. I also have video proof of them telling my mom and grandfather there were breaks because she videod it. I have the estimates they sent to me. As well as the report from the other plumbing company showing no breaks. This is a sketchy horrible company. I will also be sharing this with everyone I know. ****** and liberty mutual have already removed them of the list of referrals they will send as I have been letting them know about this horrible service.

      August 23rd 2022 I called this company to repair my air conditioning system. They showed up and got the system running. Paid with a check for $542.20. After a couple hours it stopped working. I called again and the came back and got it to run again but only for a couple of hours. They said the technician claimed the problem was with a thermostat wire. I called an electrician and he checked the system completely and changed out the control board on the furnace and a relay in the condenser. Problem solved. It had nothing to do with the thermostat wiring. Quality First ************* refused to provide me a refund. If i was rich I would just forget it or *** them. I am retired, on social security and dealing with the recent death of my wife of ****************************************************************** any solution. But this company owes me a refund!

      **** and I had a lovely conversation September 6, 2022 at approx. 11:18am. **** detailed out his experience. He informed me that my technicians were friendly, respectful and explained everything to him while they were working. However, the proper diagnoses was not arrived at. He was able to contract an electrician to help him resolve his issue fully. **** acknowledged that we would normally still charge a diagnostic for the time spent, however, when calling into the office he did not have what we would classify or expect a 5 star experience to be. ******************** will be receiving a full refund in a good faith effort to restore his faith in the ***************** that we expect Quality First to Operate at.
