    I moved out on 12/31/23 and when I received my deposit they had listed on the charges a carbon monoxide detector and they charged for to replace 2 smoke detectors and the installation of all three items. After putting in my dispute of deposit they stated that if the detectors where not working and the carbon was missing. I had to pay for them to be replaced. I informed them that I had taken pictures and that I would like to be called to meet up with them when they did the move out walk through since New Years Eve was the date of my move out, they stated an expectation was being made for them to come out and as long as ****'s grandkids did not show up then she can come and do the walk through. Well they showed up and she was not able to come out. Neither her nor **** called me on 1/2/24 to do the walk through they did it on there own and they did not take the pictures like they had stated via text. I informed them that I had taken pictures as to how I left the unit they stated they had too. I was told via email when I asked to see the pictures they took of the walk through. The person admitted that they did not take pictures only notes. I had proof that when I moved out there was a carbon monoxide detector on the wall and showed them proof and that I had proof that I have always had a Smoke detector in the bed room and living room and they refused to issue me the money for the 2 smoke detectors they replaced. They are issuing a refund for the carbon monoxide detector only even after showing them proof of all three. Sent them pictures from 2021 and 2023 that I have always had one in the kitchen/living room. They waved it off and said that they are done with me. I have all the emails and pictures as to how filthy I got my unit. I never did a move in inspection so I took pictures just in case. I would be very careful when moving out, I recommend that you get the proof you need that all the alarms are working.
