            We have been customers for 12 years and the lot was broken into/out of on 1/24/22. A vehicle/camper was taken and so was our trailer. The person(s) that broke in, took a unit and plowed out the gate. In the meantime took our trailer with a side x side and other things. On 2/3/22 we went to retrieve the trailer and it was gone. No notification from the facility that it was broken into or that anything was taken. No police report taken with the break in, just ours reporting our items missing. They told the police that none of their stuff was taken. When I talked to the office, they said they saw the tracks in the snow to know which vehicle was taken. They couldn't answer how this person got in, and when I asked for a copy of our contract, they gave me a copy of the one from 12 years ago. Different lot and space. We are out about $40K. They have no care in the world how their negligence effects others. I just feel sorry for the people that own the other unit. DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS OF VALUE THERE!! They take no responsibility for their lot. They are ethically and morally in the wrong.
