I bought into a program of $49.97 per month to be used on a select list of monthly services. I used it specifically for a monthly massage. I had trouble getting a massage scheduled in the fall and winter of 2019/2020 due to their massage therapist not being available. Exquisite kept charging my card for 3 months, a total credit of $149.97 before they stopped due to Covid closing down the massage and spa portion of their business. I checked back after the pandemic about a year later and they no longer had a massage therapist. I checked several months ago my credit was still on their books. Now driving by I see Exquisite Salon and Spa has closed their business and a new business has taken over. I called the new business ***** ********** they told me that they did not buy out Exquisite's business, only the building. They did not contact me by phone, mail or email in efforts to return my credit and they had all my contact info. I can't find a working contact phone number for the owners to get my money back.
