On 04/20/2022 I purchased a set of brand new tires from LLantera Rosales. I paid a total of $706.00. They told me they were only going to put two of the tires on my vehicle that day and they had to order the other two to come back the following week. I returned that following week and had the other two put on my vehicle. I was told that if I had any problems with the tires to come back and they would fix it per the guarantee on the tires. now 5 mo later my front passenger tire went flat as I was driving. I called and was told to bring the tire that there was a guarantee, I then took the tire and when I got to the shop I was told that I had to pay for 2 new tires that the guarantee was only through the manufacturer. I asked to speak to the owner at which time they said" he" was not there until tomorrow (09/27/22). We said we would return the following day. Then I received a call a couple hours later from a lady that said she was the owner and that there was nothing she could do and hung up. I went to the shop in person and they said that the guarantee was only with the manufacturer that they could send the tire in to the manufacturer, but that they would not refund it because we had tried to patch the tire when it went flat. We asked if we could see the paperwork on the manufacturers guarantee and we were told that only they have access to that. I asked if I could take it to the manufacturer and they also said we would not get any service there. We were then denied service and told by the lady who claimed to be the owner to leave.
