I contracted Tri Fire to do some plumbing. The work was never completed and bill was inaccurate. I tried to resolve issue by submitting a payment for the actual work performed. Company accepted payment but continues to bill for unfinished work and inaccurate account for fees.Business response

I reached out to the customer originally to make sure all work was done. See attached. He stated to bill him. I have called several times, and sent reminders for his invoice via email. I even went as far as letting him know that if he needed help paying his bill to contact us. It took him over 8 months to finally reach out which is out of our 30 day guarantee.
