      I was told by "Dr. *************************************** that she would 'help me quit smoking' with 3 personal appointments with her over a month or two, which I paid $230 for assistance with.I had the first appointment with her, in which she took me through dozens of questions, like an 'assessment' after which she shared her conclusions and an idea of what we needed to work on. Great, see you next time!At our next appointment, I show up and there is some 24 year old girl, one of ********'s Assistants/Students/Employees was there, much to my surprise. Then she runs through all the same questions I answered in my first appointment, which of course, I didn't fully realize until the end.Then I asked for my money back since they were obviously completely disorganized, non-communicative, non-professional, and I could tell they likely had no ability to help me with anything. ******** REFUSED to refund me, quoting her 'store policy' and that she would make it up to me by meeting with me directly for the next 2 meetings, as we had originally agreed. Btw she continuously tried to upsell me products and to get me to join her school program multiple repeatedly throughout this process.The next meeting which we had scheduled, which I was at home and ready for, expecting her to call me as I had received no email confirmation, video chat link, reminder, or any text messages from her about. After some time had passed and I hadn't heard from her, I reached out, having to look up her number (she tends to 'hide behind' her 'employees' forcing clients to "make an appointment with so-and-so.." and then their phone number doesn't even work!She said I should have received an email with a ********* Teams link for a video meeting, which I immediately informed her that I never received, then she verified she never sent it. We rescheduled.The next appointment, a couple weeks later, basically the same thing happened...I never received notice, she never emailed me, text me, called me...much more!

      He signed up for a trial program in OCTOBER, that offered do for your self education.

      Policy said 4 half hour personal discovery sessions, and 1 month unlimited school access. 

      He received 3.5 hrs of personal instruction due to him feeling that going over a session didn't warrant his time but was service. He complained he could not work with the owner and that is who he claimed rights to, so we gave him one more month to make up his last 30 minute session, which he turned into another 4 sessions, we tried to provide because he wasn't taking no for an answer without name calling, harassing staff, or insulting products, and we tried to provide compromise to serve the best we could. 

      Then when the owner had to miss two weeks due to a miscarriage, and in return gave him another two weeks to compensate, he dragged his trial out to mid February demanding that he be provided 1 hour of additional time, past the date agreed. 

      We offered 1hr for the price of 30 minutes again to compromise, since he often didn't make his sessions, call for no show appointments, or stated it was our fault he didn't recieve email notices, even though it's automated and shows that he clicked on them. 

      When we said we couldn't service him, he called the owner a scumbag liar and claimed that the organic herbs sold in the apothecary from star west Botanicals were cheap herbs pulled from her back yard. 

      Two staff members tried to work with him, and only found him controlling, avoiding any accountability, and very hostile. 

      It was a trial program with discovery, and he never signed up for the actual school that provides the do for you service which he tried to leverage getting. 

      He recieved:

      Book at $75

      4.5 total hours of instruction (only 2 hrs paid for) $987

      And 3oz of an anti anxiety blend $28 +tax

      What he was charged for:

      The trial was $199. For four 30 minute sessions. 1st hour with owner and after 1hr with assistant asked for more instruction without wanting to pay or register for the school. 

      The herbs $30.

      The refund was denied as he abused the staff and services. He received 5x the amount he paid for. 

      We apologize for not giving him everything he wanted, but definitely gave more than what he paid for.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I had agreed to pay $200 for 4 1-on-1 sessions with the owner.

      I had 1 half an hour session where she took me through a list of questions and an evaluation.

      The next session her 'assistant' showed up and took me through the same questionnaire.

      Afterwards, realizing the level of unprofessionalism, I immediately requested a refund.

      The owner refused, apologizing for the 'mix up' and stated that she would personally hold 3 more sessions with me.

      On 2nd scheduled meeting, she neither emails, texts, or phones me any confirmation or connection instructions, I call her later and she states, "Oh, you should have received an email with a video chat link," which I told her I did not.

      On 3rd scheduled meeting, she neither emails, texts, or phones me any confirmation or connection instructions, I call her later and she states, "Oh, you should have received an email with a video chat link," which I told her I did not.

      On 4th scheduled meeting, she neither emails, texts, or phones me any confirmation or connection instructions, I call her BEFORE the meeting starts and she states, "Oh, I just had a miscarriage and I cannot work today," which I only found out about after I caller HER.

      On 5th scheduled meeting, she did email me a link when I had fallen asleep and took a long nap, oversleeping and being 10 minutes late for the meeting, I promptly called her and she acted as if I was wasting her time and stated that I need to pay another $200 if I want her help, the help that I originally paid $200 for!

      In the meantime, during every conversation with her, she constantly upsold me other products and tried to get me to enroll in her 'school' program, which I was never ever even once interested in. I did purchase a $30 bag of weeds from a field that was supposed to help me 'quit smoking', after 2 days it gave me bronchitis, I have since quit smoking, no thanks to the 'herbs'!

      She did absolutely NOTHING for my $230 except WASTE MY TIME AND CREATE AN ENEMY. She should not be allowed to own and operate anything, she has MANY complaints about her juvinile, immature, and high-schoolish business that she runs fleecing money off of young, stupid, ignorant kids. She should be shut down, but that's a bit much for this infraction, I should at the least be refunded like I requested after SHE missed the 2nd & 3rd & 4th appointments! She's a greedy, immoral, unethical, selfish b**** and you should treat her accordingly!
