**************** issue.The ********************************************* does not care about their customers.I had an issue with my ticket purchase and the customer service email and phone support did not care, were rude, did not properly correct the issues with my account. I have tried resolving the issue over the last several weeks and have not seen any progress.I have been ignored. The managers will not return my calls or emails.Tickets were not associated with my email/account number so I could not access them before the event.No phone or email support leading up to the event.This is a CU customer service issue not promoter issue.Take ownership and responsibility for your staffs training and issue resolution. They displayed inadequate skills and lack of experience in resolving an account issue. Now take ownership as a manger and resolve the customer complaint.The way this entire situation was handled is unacceptable. I dont want this to happen to any of your customers in the future and you should not as well.
