On May 11, 2023, while searching on ******** Marketplace, I viewed the OME Power Marine ******** page. I was contacted by a person via ******** messenger representing the company about what I was looking for. They provided a price and we discussed the details. I provided information that the motor I wanted was $3100 CDN and it would be half paid upfront and the other paid upon receipt of the motor. I was then told that the motor was with the shipping agent and that the rest of the balance had to be paid. After paying the remainder, I received an email from the shipping company (Mediterranean Cargo Logistics) to pay $1000 insurance. I queried OME and they assured me that this was a standard practice. Once paid, I was then contacted by OME to pay$500 for the additional shipping cost and another $500 for the delay. All transactions were through e-transfer to various emails which, can not be recalled due to my living in ******. At this point, I have paid $5100 CDN and have stopped communicating with OME, despite the fact that they keep hounding me via messenger. *****OME POWER MARINE AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!!!*****Initial Complaint

I called discussed buying a boat motor and sent payment for a 115hp ****** 4 stroke boat motor. They confirmed payment and sent me the tracking number! All where fake I still have all messages and profe the money was sent and received! I have notified local law enforcement! The police in there area told me there address fake! All fraud and all an elaborate scam! These people should be shut down before they scam more people!Initial Complaint

June 17, 2022 purchased a boat motor for $6100 US Dollars which included they covered the shipping including to ****** with the price and arrange it. June 24 they confirmed the order #**** and payment received and provided the tracking information for the shipping. Followed along as it supposedly was onroute. Said it was sitting in my town but that I owed "refundable or almost fully" insurance. Not how trucking companies operate. Contact OME |Power marine LLC and told them this is fraud. Came to realize also that the trucking company pretended to be a large well know company, whom I also contacted several times and they verified it wasn't them. There is no product coming to me. Reached out several more times to OME Power Marine LLC and told to request refund not through the man and phone number they provide but by email. Did this July 7 and several more requests. I purchased a boat motor from OME Power Marine May 20th. I wired $8,100 to ************************* who is supposedly the owner of the company? They said they shipped the motor via ArcBest and it would be delived to me June 3, 2022. I never received the motor and now they will not answer my phone calls or emails. The guy I spoke with name was ***** and their phone number is ************. I called him from another number yesterday and he answered and once I told him my name he hung up. He also gave me a number earlier on to track the shipping, the guys name was ****** at ************. Both of these guys said I should have received the motor and now I cannot get in touch with any of them. I have spoken with ArcBest several times and they said the tracking number OME gave me does not exist. I told ArcBest the link they gave me and it is the exact website as ArcBest. These people have copied ArcBest website to look like they have shipped my product. ArcBest said they were going to report them to their Fruad team. I spend $8,100 of hard earned money and I would at least like to get the motor or my money back. I have spoken with *******, ** police department and OME is not at the address they have on website and on the secratary of State website. Please Help!
