Date of transaction: June 21, 2023 Amount paid: $319 total ($299 for BEERMKR system and $20 for Belgian Tripel beer kit)Commitment: BEERMKR indicated orders were delayed and my order would be fulfilled by Nov 2023. I contacted ******* and the *** ********************* via email. He answered and said product was experiencing delays. I accepted his answer but have lost confidence in the company. I have sent 4 additional emails requesting a refund with no response.Nature of dispute. ******* has not delivered the product promised in a timely manner so I'd like my money back. I suspect they are committing fraud with numerous customers with no intent to deliver. I have lost confidence in the company.Business Response: BEERMKR does not respond to my refund request emails to their customer support email, ******************* Order # **** The product is advertised online, with Amazon, and with You Tube. Bought a BEERMKR device from this company in Nov 2021, and the ******* cooling unit in this device failed in Oct ************************* warranty. That replacement cooling unit failed again in March 2023. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company via their email address, I cannot get a response. I am just trying to get my unit replaced before the consumable kits I bought for it will go stale. At this point, the technical nature of the repairs are suspect, and I would rather get a replacement unit, which I am willing the pay for--if only they would respond. Please help!
