-purchased March 31 -Amount: $1,619.80 for 2 higher love tix + Camping pass What they committed to provide:- premium camping with access to AC toilets, free showers, free shuttles to the venue -premium tickets to a 4 day festival Issues:-way oversold. It *** so crowded. This made it impossible to enjoy the art + music. -misconstrued camping location. Bought tickets off a map that showed our location would be close to amenities. 2days before the event, they updated the map showing that the higher love camping *** 3x the size as when we purchased. When when we arrived, we were put in the far corner of the extended section, at least 1/4 mile away from any Potties and over 1/2 mile away from the showers, AC toilets, and shuttle. - 1/2 of the Showers and AC toilets didnt work the 1st day, so we paid to shower further away -They closed the festival on Saturday and Sunday due to rain, forcing us out of the venue in crowds during heavy rain and lightening with no shelter close by -After they kicked us out on Saturday, they shut down shuttles to our camp for the rest of the weekend and we were forced to walk a narrow, 1/2 foot deep mud path to our camp. -Medical *** abysmal. We encountered someone experiencing Serotonin syndrome on the 1st day and despite me running to get medical, it took them 20 minutes to arrive at an accessible location. They didnt use a golf cart, they dragged the person out of the crowd. This happened many times, including at the after party on Sunday where 5 people dropped in the span of 20 min and people were screaming for help for an hour. These people likely died. -We didnt get to see several headliners we were promised due to the closing of the festival. -ADA *** awful. We registered after the shuttles stopped, and when they closed the venue on Sunday, They refused to drive us to our camp after waiting for them for 1 1/2 hrs. -Porta potties were full by noon every day in the venue
