They make it hard to cancel so they kept auto-renewing me. There is a manage subscription button on the account page but it does not work when you click it and just sends you to a dead end. I would just like a refund for the two months I was charged.Business response

This customer purchased a trial membership of a subscription and was told on the checkout page that the subscription would automatically renew. This is aligned with most other subscription/membership based services such as ******** Hulu, or ******** The refund policy on the registration page states to contact ******************************* for a membership cancellation. The customer allowed 74 days to pass between the start of her trial membership and reaching out to customer support. The refund policy clearly states that there are no refunds for membership renewal payments. The customers account was canceled within 24 hours of her demand, however, her refund was denied due to being outside the stated refund policy.

I am rejecting this response because:This company is preying on people who are desperate to fix their relationship. I paid for a 4 week program which only gives you activities for 4 weeks. I should not be charged for the second month. It doesnt give you access to their full catalogue. If you are selling membership to a one month program, the charge should be for one month.

The Relationship School offered a coaching program to train ** to become relationship coaches. I started in *** 2022, was set to graduate *** 2023.I made a total investment $7561 in monthly recurring payments between *** 2022 and *** 2023.I did most of the work required of me along with the class of of 70+ people. Spent a lot of time and effort completing the course requirements that totalled up to hundreds of hours.Towards the end of the program I started realizing (along with at least 15 others who shared similar feelings) that they did not deliver on what was promised. They gave us access to a digital course, held monthly live calls. But they did not give us any feedback on our coaching. We were expected to pay extra if we wanted mentorship. During my enrollment call their coach/representative *** led me to believe that we would have the opportunity to sign up with the school to be their coach. What I didn't know was that we would have to pay extra for that too. I lost hundreds of hours of my time, thousands of dollars, and they did not do right by us. They offered 2 extra months of free mentorship. But it doesn't even come close to what was promised.When I requested money back, they denied me. They cited that I haven't "completed the requirements to request a refund". While that is technically true, what they did was a massive betrayal to the agreement we had. They did not fulfil their function to deliver what was promised. That was conveniently ignored. They pulled out of the conversation and did not offer a fair settlement.
