Purchased several "energy efficient" items from Uplight, as a fulfillment provider for PSE&G Marketplace in **********. Specifically the Niagara Showerheads N2915CH (quan 2). NOWHERE on the website was it stated that these were "For use with automatic compensating valves rated at 3.8L/min (1gpm) or less" I have two standard two handle valves. These will NOT work. This company says I can return, but have to pay a return shipping fee that is about HALF of the cost of the items. I would NOT have purchased these at all, had I known they were not DESIGNED to work with my shower valves. Website is inaccurate and MISLEADING. These valves would MORE likely create a scalding situation. I don't expect to have to PAY to return something that was NOT AS ADVERTISED.Customer response

https://marketplace.pseg.com/ is the website from which the shower heads were order**. This website is run by Uplight. NOWHERE on this website did it state that the Niagara shower headsl Model N2915CH would NOT work with my shower valves. When I receiv ** the shower heads, which were only wrapp** in a bubble wrap package, it states on the package " For use with automatic compensating valves rat** at 3.8L/min (1.0gpm) or less. This type of valve is NOT in a home built in ****, unless the bathrooms have been remodel** recently. I CANNOT use these showerheads. PSEG marketplace/UPLIGHT says I can return them AND PAY the return postage. I will not do so, as they made NO INDICATION on the website that they would fit ONLY certain types of valves. SEE THE WEBSITE and it will clearly state that any 1/2" pipe will work. NOT the case. I expect a refund from them and they can retrieve them or not at their expense. IF I let **** get involv**, it will surely cost them more time & effort, but they appear to be STUPID.
