              On June 22, 2023, I paid DreamCareerLAB dba ******************** a sum of $9,600.00 for services including career coaching and outreach to prospective employers on my behalf. Services from them did not begin until Aug 2023 to which the coaching was to be for a period of 6 months and the career outreach (hummingbird) and continued support for a period of 1 year from the date of program commencement. As of Nov 2023 I lost all meaningful contact, career outreach and coaching ceased. I have reached out to the company multiple times, including calls and emails. They do no list a contact phone number in case you need support, so a new consultation was established in order to contact someone from the company. Upon outreach I was told that the issue would be escalated and a resolution presented. This outreach has been to no avail.

              The Ambitious Executive program has been helpful in that it provides a useful framework to help think about job search - many learnings to share overall, but I want to orient this bit of feedback to a coaching session that I recently completed to help prep for an upcoming interview/discussion.Rather than coming with a strong POV on what to say, this coach provided a handful of simple strategies that I can use to think through how to deliver my message with maximum impact - brilliant! I have been able to reframe my discussion and experience by applying these strategies - these are tools that I can apply MUCH more broadly than single interaction. Any program like this relies heavily on the quality of the coaches and interactions, and AE has some great people! Advocate for yourself. The program coordinators are their to help you connect with the resources you need and maximize your program value.
