I signed up for a *** through 63rd street farm on November of 2021. I signed a non refund policy stating that if the crops fail that I would not be refunded. I paid in full 780$ for 6 months of *** and 5 chickens. The *** and chickens were then cancelled and we were told we would be refunded in full. I have tried calling/emailing and venmo requesting this business. They respond every 2 months saying "people will get refunded" and they "just don't know when." It appears this business has no plan to refund anyone who signed up for the ***- they have unwilling to speak with me as a customer except via email every few months.Business response

Hello
We have been in process of getting funds from the **** to repay our CSA members. The **** said we would be receiving the funds in March but we have been put off and We just got notice we should be receiving them in 2 weeks from yesterday.
I emailed our members giving an update and ***** was on our email list but told me she did not receive any updates. I just spoke with her separately and she has now been informed of her payback. we will be sending money out to her ASAP.
