I paid an extra $29.95 for expedited shipping. The item shipped on 6/29/2024. It is now 10 days later and I do not have the product. After a lengthy argument with a chat person ( who refused to give their name) they are refusing to refund the shipping charges.Initial Complaint

On November 19th 2023 I ordered a Christmas ornament from Shameful. It was a plastic picture of my family during a reunion at **************. I ordered a total of three of the same ornament--one for our daughter in **********, one for our son in ***********, **, and one for my husband and I in ***********, **. I was told the ornaments would be shipped the end of November for receipt by the first week of December. When I didn't hear anything from them, I called them the first week of December to inquire. They never answered their phone. I emailed. They said they "had been sent", but offered no further info. I called again and was told it may take another week. I was given tracking info on two of the shipments (ours and our daughters). Later our daughter got hers. Yesterday, we got ours and an email from them that stated "the shipment agency has cancelled your ship (sic). I'm 75 and have never heard of a shipment agency cancelling a shipment. I think it's just sloppy work on their part. They said they issued a refund but I don't believe them. The quality of the ornament is terrible. I would urge others to avoid this company.Customer response

I don't know what clarification you want. I placed three orders for a plastic Christmas tree ornament of a picture we took during a family reunion at Yankee statium. One order was for our daughter, *************************** in **********. The second order was for our son, *********************** in ***********, **. The third order was for my husband and me in ***********, **. All were supposed to be received not later than the first week of December. All orders were placed November 19, 2023. Hearing nothing from the company, Shineful Giftshop LLC, ******************************************************************, phone ************, I called them several times the end of November and early December but they never answered. I emailed them in early December *********************************** and received tracking info on *******'s and our ornaments, both of which were eventually received. On December 12, 2023, Shineful sent me an email that the shipment for ***** "was cancelled by the shipping agency". I've never heard of the post office (or *** or ****** or any other shipper) being called an agency. I believe it was never shipped, and the company intended to keep our money. And even if the company acted in good faith, it is at the least very sloppy. I should mention that this was a custom ornament made with a picture we sent them of our family. There is no Brand Name, no Model Number, no Serial Number, no Certificate of Origin. It is a piece of plastic about 3 inches square and 1/8 inch thick meant to be hung on a limb of a Christmas tree. And if it was indeed shipped, I should be provided with who the shipper was and the reason for the cancellation.Customer response

I forgot to mention the order number was ****** and the price with shipping was $21.35
