I purchased a "*****" hat several months ago that claimed to be 100% paper on the tag. It turns out that the hat is less than 1/3 paper, due to many synthetic threads weaved into the hat. I contacted the company for an explanation/refund, but the owner ******************************* dismissed my claims, even after it was revealed that there are several polyester threads as well as nylon in the hat. Wallaroo offered to give me a replacement hat, but I would rather they correct their advertising to state the correct fiber content, as I would not have purchased it had I known it was primarily synthetic. Being eco-conscious is highly important to many consumers, and Wallaroo needs to have accurate advertising of their products so that the public can make informed purchasing decisions.Business response

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding our conversation this afternoon. I have verified that our hats are properly labeled and that they state 100 percent paper-braid. Please see attached images. I trust that this will resolve the matter and I wish you the best of luck.
