I made a purchase on 2/14/24 and the item has not shipped as of 2/27/24. I have tried to contact them and ask for a refund and both phone numbers listed are disconnected. It took 6 hours for them to respond to the chat on their website and they stated it may ship next week. I requested they cancel my order. It was for $164 and some change. They are not responding to the request to cancel and issue a refund. Their website even advertises fast flat rate shipping wanting customers to receive their products fast. I had to get paypal involved in order to get my refund and they are not responding to Paypal either. Be careful with this company. Do your research into the owner that claims this product was made for him. Listen to his podcasts and you will see .Review from Angee C

I agree with ****** M's review!I have ordered from this company for years with NO problems. Now I think they may have gone out of business or something?Placed order on May 18. Status of order on their website says "PAID" but "UNFULFILLED", and have never received my products. I have tried calling (ALL NUMBERS AFFILIATED DO NOT WORK), multiple emails, ******** messages. I even made a post on their ******** page asking status and it was promptly removed some somebody is looking at something! I don't know what is going on with them but they sure too my money! Absolutely no response at ALL. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

These people are the worst. Website indicates product designated as in stock ships the next day. Customer support email and telephone line will bring immediate response. I bought the product, they took my money. I paid for express shipping. Nothing. Trying to call the tel support line = this number is out of service 6 emails in 3 days = no responses. And these are ppl who flood their website proclaiming theyre ******************* and well-being? Ppl with that commitment respond to emails and uphold their end of a solicitation. Save yourself the aggravation, dont give this company $.001 of your money, or 1 minute of your time.Ultimate Lifespan LLC Response
