I ordered 11 bags of feed which came came out to like a $126. I paid $20 for expedited shipping and I have not been able to contact the company the phone number's not valid. I've sent several emails and when I get online my order is still saying processing. I read their policies and it said everything should be shipped within 8 to 10 business days while it's been well over that, and I can't contact them and know whole food for my horse has shown up. I would like to get my money back. File a fraud complaint against them. Because obviously this is a scam. The phone number on there is not valid. Date of transaction: 11/27/2022. Receipt number 1791-4033 for $14.95. Also known as EQUINE NETWORK. Purchased an ad to run for 3 months, have been unable to upload pictures to the ad from any of my devices. *** contacted the company twice through email, once via ******** messenger, and called the number on receipt which is not a working number. No response from the company to any messages sent. At this point, I believe them to be a scam site and would like my money refunded.
