In 2022, 31 women participated in programs in which Anahita **** failed to deliver on promised program services. In addition to failing to deliver on program components (focus below based on character limit), Anahita **** also applied questionable business practices, and employed deceptive sales tactics (included in attachment). I'm requesting inquiry on behalf of myself (though all women should be considered), for a full refund ($12,997) as offered on her webpage. Below captures topline of what was promised vs. delivered, as well as my attempt to reconcile with the business directly. I'm including supporting details/screenshots in attachment, as well as detail in regards to questionable business practices and deceptive sales tactics. In short, this program is a multi-level marketing scheme, where participant recruitment is strongly implied, but not mandatory (though several participants thought it was mandatory based on tone and actions.) Components promised vs what was delivered: - 6 mo Program: 5 of 6 months - 1st interaction was June 2, 2022, last interaction was November 11, 2022 - 3x Group Coaching Calls Monthly: 14 of 18 - 1x Office hours monthly: 5 of 6 - 1x 30 min private coaching monthly: 125 of 180 minutes (missing 1 month + could only book 25 mins vs. 30 mins) - 12 Exercises: 9 of 12 delivered Bonus Content: 2 not delivered - 2 Virtual Retreats: 19 of 20 hours - 1 hour of retreat was spent addressing participant program concerns (that it was under delivering on promises). - 1 in-person retreat (scheduled Apr *****, 2023) - many declined to participate given program experience to date.I attempted to reconcile with the Business on 3/20/23 citing website 100% money back guarantee, told that the guarantee it didnt apply to my program, but a New ******** ****** Index Date shows otherwise. In 2022, 31 women participated in programs in which Anahita ****:1) Failed to deliver on promised program goods/services, 2) Applied questionable business practices, and 3) Employed deceptive sales tactics. Items promised and what was received vs not-received:1. 6-month coaching: Not received in full --The coaching began with an opening virtual retreat on June 2 and ended with the closing virtual retreat on November 11th. This is 5 months + 9 days, not 6 months. 2. Color Palette: Received.3. Three live Group Coaching Calls Monthly for 6 months (18x): Not received in full --Coaching calls were from Jun 8-Oct 19 (14 of 18 received*).4. 1 live Office hours monthly for 6 months (6x): Not received in full --5 of 6 were delivered (November missing).5. 1 30-minute private coaching call / monthly for 6 months: Not received in full --Calls were offered as 25 mins (instead of 30 min) increments; and were forfeited each month if not scheduled in the month of service. Sixth-month coaching calls not schedulable - only got 5 of the 6.6. 12 Embodiment Exercises: 9 Power Archetypes and 3 Master Archetypes: Not received in full 9 of 12 delivered.7. 2 Virtual Retreats (4 or 5 hours per day for 4 total days): Received -Closing retreat spent over 45 mins talking through program confrontation resulting in a bonus call that had technical issues and started at least 40 minutes late.8. In-Person Retreat: Scheduled for April *****, 2023. Not attending due to experience with the program and under delivery.9. Customized Clothing/Styles: Received.10: Bonus Pre-Recorded Content: Not received in full -As of 3/14/23, 2 bonus contents have not been delivered to participants (Channeling and Emancipate).10: Sisterhood: Received -This existed in the form of a FB group that was live through the program and subsequently closed by Anahita **** *Excludes Shopping Experience with Anahita on July 14th, which did not follow the framework of a coaching call.
