Sewer is actively backing up into my home. I have not received any information on the situation since I informed the property manager of the situation this morning of Father's *** 2022 even after repetitive voicemails directed towards the correct channels. Outside of my front door is diluted f**** and my bathtub is filling up with said diluted ***** matter.Business response

Hello,
We received an emergency call over the weekend about a drain backup. We scheduled the soonest available drain company that came and took care of the issue on Monday. The tenants were made aware of the situation and it was resolved as quickly as was possible.

I am a tenant at a property managed by Fowler and have been trying to get a broken window repaired and reparations paid for the power wasted by heating an apartment with a window out in the wintertime. Additionally, I have submitted multiple work orders asking Fowler to send an exterminator to deal with cockroaches crawling out of cracks in the wall. I have also not received any response to that request.Business response

Unfortunately this maintenance issue slipped through the cracks as we have been completely swamped by issues that have arisen due to the windstorms and fire damage. We have fixed and secured the window and have contracted an exterminator and will work with the tenants if there were any unusually high energy bills that arise due to this issue.Customer response
