I ordered 2 different products from this company online tundra restaurant supply LLC . Was surprised when they only sent part of the order - called them and they said they would not charge me again for shipping the rest of the order.the 2 items were **** - they charged ***** for shipping. recently i received a bill from them for (they charged my credit card) for *****. The shipping was 22.02.If I had known they were going to charge me again for shipping even though they told me they wouldn't, I would have cancelled the order. When I called they said couldn't do anything about it. The lady I talked to said they used to do that but not anymore.Business response

I have looked into your inquiry and you are correct that we charged the shipping up front and should not have charged it for the back orders. We have put forth a refund for that additional shipping charge and it will be credited to your credit card. I am representing our church on this purchase for a walk in freezer. This freezer is for a hurricane relief center an and local food distribution center for the community. On 11/25/22 we began talking with Tundra FMP about purchasing a walk in freezer with a self contained refrigeration system for $10,759.50 advertised as a Black Friday Deal that was for a limited time only. We specifically spoke about the refrigeration system being part of the package. The product information was sent over that included the refrigeration system. Our receipt that we received after full payment on 11/28/22 showed the product number that matches product information sheet. The unit was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks- we are now at 4 weeks and the distributor calls Tundra to advise them (the seller) that they did not charge the correct price to include the refrigeration unit and that it would be an additional $7000. This is not only false advertisement, but they went as far as breech of contract since they cannot deliver the product that we agreed upon and purchased. They will not make this right and will not even absorb any of the extra cost from their mistake. They have contacted me several times asking to cancel the order. Probably because they just want it to go away. I have asked them to leave the order open until we get this resolved. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager would not talk with me, but only relayed the information back through the original sales agent that they could not deliver the product that we purchased. We are asking for TundraFMP to make this purchase right as falsely advertised.Initial Complaint

One of our staff ordered a basic product over 5 months ago, it just arrived and we notified Tundra that we no longer needed the product and we don't use this anymore. Requested them to pick it up or we could ship it back. I received a note back from their customer service rep that we had placed a special order and it was non-returnable. I looked on their website and the item is stocked and on-hand. I responded back to the customer service rep that it was stocked. The individual decided to double down on his unethical behavior and now tells me because it was drop shipped they couldn't take it back. This isn't a large amount of money, but it is the principle. It is not okay for them to treat customers like this and expect that there are no consequences. This is not the first instance of a problem with them and I am now standing up and saying this is unacceptable behavior from a business and I don't want others to end up with similar or worse problems. I want other restaurants to be warned.Business response
