      Boulder RV Service Center is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life.I called them to make an appointment to get my electrical system diagnosed and roof fan replaced around July 1st, they said that they were backed up, but I could drop it off on July 8th, so I did. When I dropped it off, they said they would get back to me in 3-5 days, and I got a voicemail on the 13th just saying, 'we have some information about your van,' which I promptly returned by calling four times and eventually having to leave a voicemail that same day. I did the same thing every day for three days, not hearing anything back. Finally, on July 19th, I rode my bike 20miles a 40miles round trip to make contact with them physically since they do not know how to return phone calls. They told me that replacing the inverter would be $1560, but they did not even remember that the roof fan needed to be replaced but said that the total for the fan and the inverter would be just shy or at $2000.Not hearing anything back yet again, I road back out there on the 21st, and they still didn't have any firm information about the inverter and the roof fan other than, we will call you and let you know.I called them again on the 22nd twice, left voicemails, and got no return call yet again.I finally got a call back just before lunch on the 29th, saying that the van could be done by the end of the day but for sure by the end of the day on the 30th. I gave them till the end of the day on Friday and went to pick the van up. When I showed up, it took the guy behind the counter 7-10min to find my ticket, and he said, 'yeah, it's not done yet.' So I demanded that they give me my van back in whatever half-done shape I assumed it was in and pay for what they had done when in reality, nothing was done, the old inverter wasn't touched, and neither was the roof fan. They had my van for 23 days and got nothing done.They tried to call me on our way back home, but I did not feel like talking to them for obvious reasons. On Monday, August 2nd, they called me and apologized, admitting that it had "slipped through the cracks" and that they could make it up to me with a discount. I was in the process of trying to sell the van, and the potential buyer wanted the quote to move forward, so I called them back and said go ahead and requote me.Come Monday the 9th, I get a call back with the quote, and they claimed the original quote was $2400 and they would discount the work to $2200, so my "discount" for "slipped through the cracks" was +$200, what a joke and or scam.

      Much of what ****** said is untrue. Yes during the 2021 "camping season" we like every rv repair business have been very busy and completion times have been delayed. While we aren't able to catch every call we are very good about returning voicemail, in most cases the same day if not the next business day and any voicemail left by ****** was returned. The estimate details given are simply untrue, the written notes on ******** work order put the estimate $2300-$2400 and was confirmed with the technician who spoke with ******. Our experience with ****** was very unpleasant, as during our conversations ****** would go on a vulgar, explicit rant that made any professional discussion impossible.

      I have phone logs to prove no calls were returned unless cited in my review, and multiple recored in person conversations that are complexly legal in ** since I was a participant in the conversation. Per my recorded conversation on July 22nd 2021 the person who helped me quoted me $1872 to be exact. I urge you to look at their ****** and yelp reviews as they are one the lowest rated RV places in the area, guess it is my bad for not looking first.I think I will upload ALL my logs, recored conversations and voicemails and let the internet sort it out since, and I quote from yelp: "Worst RV repair experience ever" and from ******: "Inadequate service. Lack of professionalism. Horrible company and owner loves to argue.       Here is some clarification on the quotes: The number given on the secret recording was a rough main part prices and labor estimate, yes our employee should have been clearer on what that number was. When ****** was contacted to discuss the possibility of a discount we calculated what the expected total number would be as a starting point, any job will include a charge for general shop supplies as well as common materials for a vent replaced we will use various materials such as butyl tape, lap sealant and cleaners to remove old sealant in addition wiring and or wiring connectors are commonly used for inverter replacements.

      This Boulder RV guy just doesn't know how to quit when he is behind, here he is trying to climb out of the hole he dug. Ah dude, learn how to give actual quotes, not 78% quotes, then maybe learn to get work done on time and if you can't communicate it.
